Grounded…
There is so much to say about this ring but I’d rather pay attention to how it makes us FEEL.
As with all the stones in this latest tree collection, each one spoke to me, and this one was profound. It said stand tall, hold on through the storms, let yourself bend when needed and never forget that you are tethered to something greater than you. You are GROUNDED.
The band had to be a Live Edge, made with reclaimed silver in my 5R design style. It was meant to be substantial…and it is. It was built to hold that incredible chunk of Hubei Turquoise wrapped in silver and to hold you when you need it.
The tree in the stone looks like it was hit by lightning…and still standing. May that be true for you too.
The setting measures 15/16”, just shy of 1” wide and has size 7 band, measuring 7/16” wide. The ring is finished with texture, the hand stamped reminder, a rich patina and soft polish.
