I don’t know what is a bigger blessing, being able to create super cool pieces like this or being able to just know and feel that I am so blessed.
I do know that this incredible stone pretty much speaks for itself but I will tell you that it’s Hubei Turquoise and it has a very unique home in silver. And not just any silver. This one is made in my 5R design style of Repurposed, Reclaimed, Redeemed, Recycled and Reloved.
Old broken jewelry, scrap silver of all kinds is melted down and rolled out to be loved again in something new. It is organic, rustic, one of a kind and very substantial. It is a piece that will be around long after we are gone.
The setting measures 3/4” wide, is 1 5/16” tall on a 9/16” wide band. The size 6.5 band is hand stamped with the sentiment, some hearts and a horseshoe and finished with a rich patina and soft polish.
