Such energy in lightning! Growing up in the midwest, we were used to wild storms but it was never something I was comfortable with. In awe, yes, but not one to go chasing storms.
I’ll stick to these kinds of thunder bolts…made of sterling silver and harmless.
These earrings are lightweight and the only punch they pack is ‘cool’. the bolts are hand sawn from silver, soldered to my rope hoops and finished with a rich patina and soft polish.
They measure 5/8” wide, are 1” tall and with the handmade sterling wires, the total drop is 2”.
