Peaceful movement…
A balance of yin/yang, Ametrine is a mix of Amethyst and Citrine, also known as Bolivianite and a highly prized gemstone.
I used 8mm faceted beads, made headpins for them and hung them from double hoops of sterling silver.
A lightly hammered texture on the silver dances in the light, along with those gorgeous beads. These earrings have great movement and are only 3.9 grams each…so not too heavy!
They measure nearly 1 1/4” wide, are 1 1/2” tall, including the top loop. Total drop with the sterling ear wires is 2 1/2” tall. A rich patina and sweet polish complete them.
