Can you believe the amazing things that come from the earth? I am forever in awe of all the goodness.
This beauty is full of all that. Faceted AAA turquoise beads, silver beads, a focal pendant of more turquoise and silver…right down to the handmade clasp.
I used to two sizes/styles of turquoise beads…fatter 5mm rondelles and thinner 6mm rondelles, highlighted by faceted sterling silver beads.
The pendant portion is Hubei turquoise set in fine and sterling silver and surrounded by a chunky silver halo. It hangs in the center of the necklace, anchored by sterling silver saucer beads. It measures 1 3/8” wide, is 1 1/2” tall, including the bail and is finished with a hammered texture to catch the light, a rich patina and sweet polish.
The necklace measures 17 3/4”, with the option to clasp up to 18 3/4” on the sterling hook and links.
